May to July 2022 - Dubai, United Arabe Emirates.

As a Freelance Designer and Project Lead for THA, I oversaw the creation and construction of the new THA office, which involved demolishing the previous fitout and installing new flooring (screed, self-leveling, microtoping + parquet), custom suspended steel shelves with plant boxes (real greeneries) with attached customised desk bench, a pantry area, four office rooms, three small meeting cabins, one main meeting room, one small meeting room, and a storage area. I also oversaw the installation of custom glass partitions, desks, and entrance counters, as well as adjustments of the existing fire alarm, fire fighting system, A/C ducting system,  new CCTV, and electronic access system.

March 2015 - Project Manager - UAE

"Inside Rolls Royce Dubai 2015" was a high-profile event held at JBR The Beach, Dubai in 2015, which aimed to showcase the iconic luxury car brand and its history. As the construction event project manager for the event, I oversaw the construction and development of the event space, ensuring that it met the necessary safety and structural requirements. I coordinated with other teams involved in the event planning and execution, managed the budget, and oversaw the installation of the event infrastructure and decorations. Thanks to my strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure, the event was successfully delivered, providing visitors with a unique and memorable experience.

April and May 2014 - Project Manager - UAE

I have joined to support the technical and operation management team for the Dubai Chanel Cruise 2014/2015 edition, I oversaw incollaboration with other PM's the structure set up and fitout setup of the event. The event was held on The Island, which presented unique logistical challenges. I worked closely with the designers, contractors, and venue staff to ensure the fitout was delivered on time while navigating the challenges of the island location. My project management skills were essential in achieving the high standards set by Chanel and ensuring the seamless installation of the structure and fitout. It was a privilege to contribute to the success of such a significant event in the fashion industry.

February to March 2012 - Dubai, United Arabe Emirates.

Production and Operation Project Manager.

I led the construction of a 5000 square meter multipurpose temporary exhibition hall for Design Days Dubai. This exhibition was the first of its kind specializing in collectible and limited-edition designs in the Middle East/South Asia region. Our team took into consideration all logistic constraints to ensure specific access to the venue for exhibitors and visitors. The project involved backfilling the area, building an RC slab, and necessary sleave work to allow for power access to exhibitors. The building had its own power supply consisting of three 500kVA generators which provided power for the A/C system and exhibitors. It also featured its own bathroom with an independent watering system. The exhibition showcased over 400 design pieces from around the world, with a range of furniture and objects that included 20th-century classics to futuristic prototypes. The exhibition took place at the Dubai Modern Art Museum & Opera House District, which is the new cultural hub of the city.
