February 2015 - Project Manager - Qatar.

I served as a Project Manager in Qatar, overseeing the production of a high-quality Cartier-designed stand for the Doha Jewellery Show. I managed the construction of the stand's wooden and steel structure, tapestry work on the walls and ceiling, marble effect painting on the façade, carpet installation, electrical distribution, second fix, and ventilation systems to ensure the finished product met the high quality standards expected by Cartier.

May 2015  - Production Project Manager - Qatar.

As a Production Project Manager in Qatar in 2015, I managed the production of 8000 m2 of exhibition stands, 3 coffee shops, and 1 catwalk for the Heya Arabian Fashion Exhibition at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre. This event showcased the latest collections of Arabian and Gulf-designed high-end fashion items, including abayas, kaftans, jalabiyas, and gowns, and featured over 300 creative companies and designers from Qatar and the region.

April 2012 till September 2014

As a Construction Project Manager in Qatar, I oversaw two school construction sites. The first was a primary school building with a steel and aluminum structure, fiber board cladding, and centralized A/C, alarm, and firefighting systems. For the second site, an extension of an existing school building, I made the decision to use precast cellular concrete panels instead of traditional RC slabs, columns, and beams filled with concrete block work, which enabled us to complete the construction on time. The extension included the installation of a sprinkler system with a necessary pump room and two sports halls with an aluminum and steel structure. Additionally, I managed the installation of a new electrical substation, which was intended to supply power to the campus while complying with Qatar EPC regulations and standards. Finally, I ensured that all installations adhered to Qatar Civil Defence regulations and standards.

November to December 2012 - Doha, Qatar.

As a Project Manager, I had the opportunity to manage the production of 5000 m2 of offices, specifically the President Hall, for the United Nations Conference held in Doha, Qatar from November to December 2012. This was a significant project that required me to oversee the production process from start to finish, including the design, fabrication, and installation of the offices. My responsibilities included managing the budget, coordinating with various departments, selecting materials, and ensuring timely delivery and installation of the offices. It was a challenging yet rewarding experience, as I was able to contribute to the success of a significant international event while showcasing my project management skills.
